Conference fee

Online IJCRS’2018 registration closed on August 10.
On-site registration is available for an additional 50 USD.
If you are intending to register on-site, please send the request by email or fill-in-form here.

NOTE: All fees are given in US Dollars, but the participants from Vietnam can pay in VND

Regular registration fee

At least one author of each paper must be registered at the appropriate full conference rate (Full or Student) in order to upload the final paper.

Full registration includes the following:

  • Conference bag, name tag and program
  • Access to all conference events and exhibit hall
  • Proceeding (Hard copy or pendrive)
  • Coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party
  • Gala dinner

Student registration fee includes the following:

  • Conference bag, name tag and program
  • Access to all conference events and exhibit hall
  • Proceeding (pendrive)
  • Coffee breaks, lunches and welcome party

Conference registration does not include pre-conference workshops, which have an additional fee (informed later as a separated event) and excursion.The registration form will be available soon.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration fees, less a $100 processing fee, are refundable up until July 20, 2018. No refund will be issued for cancellations after July 21, 2018.

Registrations are transferable (within the same membership category) until August 10, 2018 with a $75 administrative transfer fee. Transfers will not be accepted after August 11, 2018,.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference chair and the chair of organization committee.

Please e-mail cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two business days.

Letters of Invitation

The Chair of organization Committee  will provide letters of invitation upon request to registrants only in the following circumstances:

  • Registration is paid in full.
  • Registrants must use an email address affiliated with an institute of higher education or a recognized organization related to international higher education.
